Normal delivery times are from 9am-6pm daily. However, we make exceptions for special deliveries if requested.
Depending on the location of where the order is delivered, delivery fees vary. Delivery fees are added to your order.
Incorrect Addresses and Refusals by Recipient:
If the customer provides an incorrect address and Rose Cart has attempted a delivery the customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee. If the recipient refuses your order you may be liable for the cost of the arrangement and the delivery fee.
You may cancel normal orders the day before delivery. However, same day delivery orders are processed immediately and routed to the first available delivery driver and therefore cannot be cancelled.
